Individuals or Families
Individuals or families with comprehensive financial planning needs and/or those seeking professional advice for their investment portfolio. DFM's desire to maintain a low client to advisor ratio limits our ability to provide services to individuals with very narrow or only hourly financial planning needs.
Our clients generally have some, or all, of the following characteristics:
Employees or independent contractors seeking professional advice for investment accounts outside of company retirement plans
Corporate executives with the desire to diversify their current holdings of company stock, restricted stock and stock options into other professional managed investment accounts
Individuals contemplating retirement within the next 1-5 years. These individuals are likely to be facing the prospect of transferring investment assets held in company retirement plans to investments of their choosing. In addition, retiring clients face new issues including evaluating the sufficiency of their retirement assets, Social Security and Medicare benefits, distribution choices, and an increased importance on estate planning.
